Design is, by nature, constantly changing. Part of the challenges as a product designer is how to manage and structure these changes into clearly defined iterations in order to guide the team towards the best path to success. My adaptability, flexibility, thorough market research, and emphasis on user testing and feedback have helped me lead several large projects.
